Performance Testing
Powersan carries out performance testing of its generator sets in accordance with the conditions specified in ISO 8528, using its in-house load bank. Testing covers both active load (kW) and reactive load (kVAr). This allows the generator set to be evaluated with high precision in 1 kW increments, while the alternator is also tested under reactive load.
This enables the customer’s operating load to be simulated under controlled factory conditions, helping verify system performance before installation and reducing the risk of unexpected issues on site.
Power Requirement Assessment
Although most businesses are aware of their monthly electricity consumption, they may not always have detailed information about the characteristics of individual loads, their operating cycles or which loads run simultaneously.
